Father’s Day also marks the start of summer and what better way to enjoy a lunchtime dining experience than at Madero Pool & Beach Grill. On Father’s Day, soak up the sunshine as wafts of delicious grilled meat drift on the seaside summer breeze. The Father’s Day special includes grilled skirt steak with fresh chimichurri, wedge potatoes, and a crisp green salad, as well as an ice-cold local beer for just $35.

Cheers to dad! Madero Pop-Up Bar will be featuring spicy margaritas or refreshing and minty mojitos presented in an iconic fresh coconut presentation for $35.
A dinner feast fit for a king
Big-city flavors await at BLT Steak! On Father’s Day, indulge in Smoked Short Ribs with Diplomatico Reserved Rum and Pineapple BBQ Sauce accompanied with Green Apple Slaw, Charred Corn, and Fire Roasted Garlic Potatoes for $92 per person.
Cocktail specials to enjoy include the BLT Rosemary, crafted with Hendricks Gin, St. Germain, fresh lemon juice, and fresh rosemary ($19). Explore the Japanese Old Fashioned, an exotic twist on the classic, prepared with Nobushi Japanese Whiskey, ginger simple syrup, and orange bitters ($22).
BLT Steak will also have a special Father’s Day Blackboard menu running June 13-June 18, highlighting seasonal flavors with local ingredients and dry-aged beef selections.
