The Secret Garden Welcomes Two Chefs-In-Residence
The Secret Garden, Aruba’s exclusive, private in-home dining experience and culinary collaborative, is proud to announce two new chef’s table experiences featuring two Michelin-trained chefs.
Chef’s Garden by Papillon
Every Wednesday evening, Belgium chef Griet Vanbrabant will share the fresh and vibrant flavors of locally-sourced ingredients for her six-course Chef’s Garden. Chef Griet refined her skills working in international, award-winning restaurants all over the world, including the 3-michelin-star restaurant El Bulli in Spain, Rockpool in Australia, and Pujol, Wallstreet Journal’s pick as best restaurant in Mexico City.
The service team of Papillon, Aruba’s famed French-Caribbean fusion restaurant located in The Village in Palm Beach, will be on hand to make sure each and every guest is graciously attended to with Aruba’s warm island hospitality.
The six-course dinner ($95 per person) is from 7pm to 10pm every Wednesday evening. An optional premium wine and cocktail pairing is also available.

The Moon, The Stars & Chef Erwin
The lush, open-air environs of The Secret Garden set the stage for one of Aruba’s top, award-winning chefs. Michelin-trained Chef Erwin Husken has been wooing foodies for almost two decades on Aruba—first as head chef at Flying Fishbone, followed by 13 years at Screaming Eagle as head chef/owner. He also won Aruba’s Top Chef two years in a row.
Chef Erwin has put together a gastronomic showcase of five courses designed to ring all those delightful culinary bells and whistles. Every Thursday, Chef Erwin teams up with Tina Bislick, an award-winning event planner who has curated events for two U.S. Presidents as well as VIPS and celebrities in the U.S. She is the homeowner of The Secret Garden along with her local musician husband, Michael Bislick. Tina will be overseeing the evening along with hostess extraordinaire Tracey Schilders.
This exclusive dining experience is $95 per person and includes a welcome prosecco. There is an optional wine pairing as well. *There is not a vegan option for this experience.

The Secret Garden is located in a replica of a traditional Aruban cunucu (countryside) home. The treasured garden is the setting for an authentic, local in-home dining experience…a truly unique and magical experience on Aruba.
The Secret Garden is not a restaurant open to the general public. The venue hosts a variety of events—from chef’s tables to yoga dinners to private birthday parties and celebrations.
