About Omakase

Located at the Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa, we have been offering an authentic and elegant Japanese experience on the island of Aruba since 2015. Omakase means “I’ll leave it to you.” In the classic style of sushi restaurants, Chef Mylene will prepare a series of plates, beginning with the lightest and proceeding to heavier, richer mouthwatering dishes. When ordering “omakase,” expect the chef to be innovative and surprising in the selection of dishes. Menu ordering is available as well.
