Today, their son Edward expertly runs the kitchen, turning out creative international cuisine with an Aruban touch, often using Caribbean herbs, fruits, and greens grown on a plantation near the restaurant. A fully stocked wine cellar boasting vintages from all over the world will delight wine aficionados.
