As part of the Auténtico Aruba Culinary Festival, Po-Ke Ono and Caya House will also be participating as vendors at The Pavilion on October 12-13, where they will join the island’s top chefs and international culinary stars. Jean Claude from Infini will compete in the Iron Chef competition, while David from Caya House will showcase his mixology skills in the Bartender Brawl.
